1. What KapiMoni is

KapiMoni, operated by Jonathan Schatz Harris (KapiMoni), is an educational project with episodes, books, videos and a game so that children and their families can learn how companies and the stock market work. By using https://kapimoni.com you accept these terms.

2. Educational content, not advice

All KapiMoni content is educational and for entertainment. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Companies are mentioned only as examples for learning. Before investing real money, consult an authorized advisor.

3. Monis

Monis are a game unit. One Moni equals one dollar only to show real prices inside the game. Monis have no monetary value; they cannot be bought or sold, and they cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services.

4. Accounts and minors

Only people over 18 may sign up. Children use KapiMoni inside the account of their parent or guardian, who is responsible for supervising their use. KapiMoni does not allow communication between children.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use KapiMoni lawfully and not to try to damage the website, access its systems without permission, or use bots to sign up or extract information.

6. Intellectual property

Kapi, KapiMoni, the Monis, and the texts, audio, illustrations, videos and designs belong to their owner. You may listen to them, read them and share the links for personal and educational use, but you may not copy, modify or use them for commercial purposes without written permission. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners and do not imply any relationship or sponsorship.

7. Prices and market information

Price information may be delayed or contain errors and is shown for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy.

8. Changes and availability

We may update KapiMoni and these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Free services may change or end; if paid plans exist in the future, they will be clearly explained before you sign up for them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City.
